Chili´s - Puerto Vallarta

Our order took more than 1 hour to come out, which is so long, especially because we were not advised of the long wait, we were about to leave, and finally, food was served and placed on our table. So we calmed ourselves down and stayed, but to make matters worse, my wife ordered steak and it was awfully red rare and it was clearly required well done, so they took the dish back to the kitchen brought it back in and was **** red rare again, just terrible. They did not even offer an apology

Excellent service, the food was great. You should try the promotion: soup or salad, main course and drink for $149 pesos. Desserts are delicious! Always a good option

Good menu variety, clean washrooms, friendly staff, and fabulous view of cruise ships. Had mouth watering ribs and potato with small salad on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy at 7 pm. Always consistent good quality in this chain restaurant. My favourite location is Muscat, Oman but this is enjoyable too. No room for desert.
