There is a reason when this place is awarded a part of the best steak restaurant with a thousand miles. the type that makes the steak has a long history and its steak will be served at the perfect temperature they desire. 10 tables with fire in the middle of the small rounded hall. good wine list. not to miss.
The meal was simple and the atmosphere was very quiet so that they could actually have a talk with their eating partner. they were in a position, the type of steak, the amount and how wanted it cooked. the steak was well made medium rare over an open wood fire) and only seasoned with salt; it was fabulous. the server were attentive and not float.
Whether I have the best meat I have ever tasted, this is a very cozy place, with the most beautiful host and the waiting staff. this place is a must for meat lovers who visit this region. the cheesecake is btw to die, make sure they don't fill on sidedishes, even if they are really good. I recommend half a kilo sirloin steak and a cheesecake.
The meat is great quality and tasty and the attention too. The only negative side is the size of the local (only two room and one to fire/smoke).
