Sushi Bay - Puerto Varas

We had excellent sushi, nigiri and sashimi here. The staff were friendly and helpful and the wine was good. Not bad value for Pucón.

Looking for authentic Japanese food in the sea region for a because, but not really find one, it is a joy to come across this place with truly authentic Japanese cuisine. sushi is a must made with fresh ingredients, Unagi dishes are all delicious; tempura, wakame and tofu stars are beautiful! service is friendly and welcoming to communicate without problems in English. good selection of drinks also. two times a day and definitiw the visit worth! highly recommended.

Great service, lovely atmosphere and view on the terrace. More importantly, food was fantastic. We had sashimi, gyuniku tataki and rainbow roll (if you don't like cream cheese, you can request for your sushi to be made without it .
