Love this coffee/ food truck! It’s a must go when they’re around. I go weekly. Their pastries are like no other and so cheap. Drinks are BEAUTIFUL
Vicy is an artist when it comes to baking. The flavor combinations are so unique and every pastry is both beautiful and delicious! This is hands down, the best place to get vegan pastries in southern Colorado.
The vegan choices, from pastries to brunch, at this restaurant are excellent! The staff, coffee, and ambiance make it a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy.
The breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic! We tried both the pico avocado toast and the green goddess avocado toast, and while both were delicious, we couldn't get enough of the green goddess option. The vegan cortado was also amazing, and they offer a variety of awesome pastries. I was bummed that I didn't get to try the vegan donuts, but the scones and Bavarian cream pastries were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.
