Shah's Kabob Gyro - Pueblo

My favorite spot in Pueblo. ? great food! The shawarmas and gyros are wonderful with both classic and fun, inventive types! Check out the green chile gyro! It is also owned by some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Glad I pulled over and checked this place out. Amazing quick service. The classic gyro was exactly what I've been craving! The hummus wasn't anything crazy but still good. However the pita bread for the hummus was a bit stale and hard. That said I'll be making a stop here anytime I'm in town! Highly recommended!

Delicious! I got the Philly, so yummy and cheesy. The pita is so soft and fresh. I also got the yellow rice (can?t remember the name) it is also so tasty. Hubby got the classic and fries. He ate his right up! Thanks for having great music to listen to while we eat lunch. Can?t add photos because we ate before I thought to leave a review but believe it it was perfection and totally hit the spot! Our total was around $10 each.

Delicious! The gyro meat is so flavorful and satisfying. The portion size was generous. Fries were yummy and well seasoned and the spanokopita was hot and crispy. The prices are reasonable as well. Customer service is great. The staff are attentive and flexible. Food came out quickly as well. What more can you ask for? Also, fun, funky decor/theme.

Great find in Pueblo. Everything was amazing and delicious. Refrigerator was out so drinks were hot but the food was on point.
