Subway Store #11838 - Pueblo

I went to lunch and the employees worked quickly through the line of customers. there was a sign on the door where the toaster was attached so that there would be no roasted sub-parts. Unfortunately, this didn't click in my heads, as I ordered my sub on flat brot. the coworker even made her care and reminded me that the toaster was down. but I was still striving for flat bread to taste, good, flat without a good toasting. I can't put this on the restaurant. the service was great and fast during a midday period.

I often came here and every time I do. rico gives me great services and makes my sandwiches perfect thanks to rico.

The young man did not work friendly and sat down from one sandwich to the other when we decided that it was crucified, we said niemind and he said that we never go there again, so naturally we did not;!

Ordered my sandwich at 130pm. Went down to 2pm. What should if been an easy 20 make of one sandwich, and a wait time of maybe 5 extra mins to arrive. Just to come and find out the co worker that just left DID NOT make the sandwhich. Leaving Aleah, by herself. She was very kind and very professional regarding the situation.I was already waiting an additional 5 mins. To recieve nothing. Poor girl, they did not have the curiosity to train her on how to do refunds.This subway is a hit or Miss. It is unfortunate now, I get no lunch Thanks to Subway.Update!Roughly six hour went by, I got off work.Went back to this Subway. I spoke to a very professional Manger. She knew about the situation. She apologized for the mess up.Even told me how to go about getting my money, which did not work.Although, the manager did say if it did not work to come back. Maybe I will.Pueblo, is a small town. People have give up working due to the Covid nightmare. Please remember some of us have worked fast food, it a challenge to remain, professional when you have an upset customer. So, at the end of the bad day, Subway came through and made that situation better!.

I Hey at this restaurant and Staff will assemble sandwiches and handle money with the same gloves and then proceed to handle the next person sandwich with the same gloves. That is unsanitary. Gloves should be taken off after a sandwich is made before you handle money and then a new set of gloves applied. Beware!!!!
