By far the best BBQ in Pueblo! All their sauces are amazing, and meat is just as good. Mac and cheese is also amazing (for being Mac n Cheese). Wait times suck when they’re busy…but it’s worth it once you get the food.
Shows the best BBQ in Pueblo, possibly Colorado. The bride was perfect. Moist, just fell apart with big smoke at the slightest train, but not too much. Baby back ribs pulled out of the bone and also had big smoke. Cheesy jalapeno pour hot and very creamy. Mac cheese was great. Everything was dynamite. After all, we had the most moist carrot cake ever. 5 stars all day.
One of the better mother and pop-BQ links. Ribs Meat feels simple from bone. I have a baked potato with pork. Very good! Banana pudding was really good also highly recommended!!
