I was told that I had to check in the app (which I had not, as my mother ordered it and I picked it up on the way to her house) and so I had to go to the store with a poor full of items and get my food. I wasn't in the position to open the door to get out, so I had to take one away too mode to get out of the building because the door is swinging in and not out.
After a long day of delivering grub all over the great city of Pueblo we had the unfortunate experience of ordering a pizza from this establishment. I think you would be hard-pressed to find somebody as rude as the woman who was working between 11:00 and midnight. Hatefully screaming at the customers who rang the bell. I'm just generally overall hateful. We could definitely tell that our pie was made with the same attitude and work ethic as this woman was displaying with patrons who were at the walk up window. There was three of us who got literally screamed at. Do better.
I order alot of pizza and wings from here. I don't like to cook when it's my turn to cook and wife is at work to feed the kids. Always something is messed up, but never have a problem getting it corrected.
My pizza that I ordered for my grandchildren was a very good they had a pizza with no tomato sauce cuz my grandson doesn't like it so they made cheese and Italian sausage I had one of their vegetarian Mediterranean sandwiches it was delicious yum yum service at the counter was excellent very friendly and helpful
0 stars. This store used to be the best pizza in Pueblo, but over the last year or so they've gone downhill. Our last 3 consecutive orders have been screwed up (2 were fixed) but this order today was not fixable. I ordered a pizza with NO red bell peppers on it and lo and behold they were on there. To make matters worse, the pizza crust (thin) was not cooked completely and all the toppings slid off when you tried to grab a slice. I went to the store and showed Anna the manager the pizza as it was and asked for a refund. Anna stated their system would not allow her to give me a refund but she could give me a credit for a pizza and free dessert the next time I ordered, or they could remake the pizza. I told her I wouldn't be ordering from Domino's Pizza ever again due to the consistent problems encountered with their food quality. I asked for a refund again and was told their system would not allow her to refund the money for the pizza. I am escalating this issue to Domino's Pizza corporate office for resolution.
