Carnitas Michoacanas Backyard Grill

This little place seems like it's in the boonies, but it's convenient and the food is from this world. Best onion rings and fried mushrooms I've ever had (my burger was fine). The only reason I didn't have 5 stars is because we get the food to go, and it took forever to prepare it.

Food was excellent. Service was decent, but the food really came slow, and there were only 2 other tables. Great place to eat as long as you are not in a hurry and do not have to go back to work.

Service is great, beer is always cold, and the food is pretty good. But why it takes 40 minutes to get food, and the last few times we went it was another table and our table. 40 minutes for dinner! This will kill this place! Otherwise I like it here.

The food is good here but it's very pricey. We had a table of 4 and spent over 100.00 on burgers! I had to check our ticket over a few times because I just couldn't imagine spending that much on burgers. Over all the food is very good. The shorty sauce goes well with anything in there. The bar itself is a little beat up but the outdoor area is very nice. It would be fun to spend some time there and play some volleyball. The service was ok. We were served by the bar tender who was playing double duty which definetly took away a lot from the service you'd get from an actual waitres.

Our group always has a good time when we visit here. Drinking was good and who doesn't love happy hour. They were busy our apps came out quickly, but the main meal took a little longer. Our waitress was attentive and kept our drinks full. A plate was grounded, but they corrected it and even adjusted the bill. Great burgers!
