Welcome to the goodness of Wan Tan Mee! 1) Organized commands, although a bit have to wait, but the crew will remember and deliver to your table 2) Tasting 3) Char Siew is particularly good, but portion normally smaller 4) Adequate prices 5) Could wait very long, sometimes 6) Not really helpful place to enjoy wan tan noodle, since the place is somehow limited, with miserable fans to spread COVID
The wantan noodle is springy while the barbecued pork is very tender, nicely caramelised. The wantan, or dumplings, cone in a savoury soup that makes me want to slurp it directly from the bowl. The proprietors are friendly, and were kind enough to provide an extra serving of pickled green chilli without any extra charge. That’s the great part of eating in Malaysia, I’d say. Love this country of mine!
Wanton Mee is good. Char siew is superb, kinda melts in your mouth type. The wanton is tasty too. The only problem is long waiting time. They should find way to reduce waiting time from 30 mins to less than 10 mins. While I was waiting for my order to be served, saw a couple of people went back to the stall and complain about not receiving their food after waited for 30 mins or so. I had to wait for about 30 mins for my food too.
This stall just focus and selling wan tan mee. Not like others shop selling others dishes like chicken rice, kuey teow soup ect. Wai Kee wan tan mee taste is acceptable. Price is same as most otherwtm shops.
