Señor Pancho's Of Prospect

My wife and I came for a car show/mete that was in the parking lot, and we decided to go and get a dinner. Service was slow (I know that the staff can be problems). I have a big house Margarita, that ended to be $18 for quite just ice cream and some margarita mix. Santa Claus ordered Fe burrito, which was very impressive when it came out, but ended quite bland. Had only half and took the rest home to make it with some extra spices and so better. My wife got pig tacos with which she did the same. Beautiful complex and location. The outdoor area looks fantastic! Unfortunately, our food/drink experience was very exhausting.

We love this place!! The Margs are fantastic (frozen coconut is a favorite) and the outdoor terrace is super beautiful. Eating was always great and everything is super reasonable.

The service was good and the staff was nice. The food was surprisingly dirty. I had the pig bell Taco special and my husband had the Sante Fe Burrito. The pig had zero taste and even the sauce on her didn't bring anything. My husband said his burrito was mediocre. I took two of the tacos home and made some great chilaquiles for breakfast.

I want to preface this review by saying how amazing our wait staff was during our recent dining/lunch experience. Our waiter whose name I believe began with T) was friendly and inviting...He was a pleasure!! Onto the meal,...my dining partner had an amazing meal called the Tootsie Roll with steak pictured below).Absolutely incredible..steak was cooked to perfection! I had the Taco Salad with Veggie mix..total disappointment. It was mushy and lacking any flavor. I believe they forgot the cheese. I mentioned it to one of the wait staff and they stated that the cheese was on the bottom .However it was not.. It included Tomatoes which I assume was the huge slice of tomato wedge place neatly on the bottom of my salad. As far as the taco shell bowl that was fried well. I would most definitely recommend the Tootsie Roll ...however you should probably skip the taco salad.
