Dinner for two was delicious and the drinks were great also. The staff was top notch!
If you're looking for supper class dining with great food and service this place definitely hits the spot. It does come with a price though. My wife must make exceptional deviled eggs. We thought we were in for a rare treat but found them to be far below what is made in my kitchen at home. We also ordered the brussel sprouts and ended up returning them. They were mostly burnt leaves with very few sprouts. Once again this was way under expectations. The steak my wife had was a solid 10 though and my sister order the bison short ribs which also qualifies for a 10. The brother in law and I each had the prime rib which was good but didn't compare to the steak or ribs. Amazing service all around. The staff sure knows what they are doing. Whether we will be back is a good question. I have a feeling the other restaurants could provide an equally good meal at a much lower price point. You can also see in the photo of one of our drinks how dirty the wall is.
I could yell out, scream out, FIVE STARS!!, all day long! This restaurant is nothing short of FANTASTIC! My wife treated me for my birthday. It's really not something we can afford daily, or even weekly or monthly. But if you want to envoy a great meal and you have the means, come and enjoy. Even if you could but once a year, it is a superd dining experience! The serving and wait staff are excellent, EXCELLENT! You can see the cook/kitchen staff arduous working on your food, amazing, just amazing! Great job all around, and indeed, my compliments to the chef!!
I've been here 3 times in 3 months for dinner. The first time was a party of 4 and last 2 times were just 2. Service was good, but not great, main course arrived about 1/2 way through the salad course. Food was maybe a 4. Portions are small, flavor was not nonexistent on some dishes, and scallops were overcoodrinks. You order a baked potato or sweet potato it arrives on a side plate as a whole potato, not even cut open. Just a plain potato slapped on a plate for $10. Paid about $100 per person each time for the meal and 1 or 2 drinks. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. Very disappointing.
