Disgusting and unsafe: During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in New Jersey, I witnessed several people—four to six, in fact—cooking without masks. They were talking over our food and handling it directly. Would you want to eat food prepared under those conditions? Just think about the virus-laden droplets falling into your salad or other dishes. Even cooked food can be contaminated by those preparing it. The cramped kitchen is crowded with cooks, making it unsafe for both patrons and workers.
