Mistral - Princeton

The food was so good here! We were able to go for dinner at 7 and sat outside with the heating lamps. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. We have the fried deviled eggs, beef tars, roasted green tomatoes, fresh oysters, and share the pan meerrot scallops. I think the scallops were probably my favorite. We then ordered all 3 desserts on which the waiter recommended the upper floor Dessert, which was a cake with freshly made ice (it was so good) and figs, so that we exchanged the dark chocolate bomb. Overall, the food was amazing and it had great ambience / service. Look at the Mistral when you're in the area!

Great place in a small town. I wouldn't have hoped for a better experience than Mistral. We had to wait a while before we had a seat in the bar. The bartender was the best. RV was very good and recommended the best of the best. I love her wings, cocktails. I'll go there every time I visit Princeton.

The best food we've ever had. We're here for jubilee. The interior was beautiful with a long digital fireplace. Lighting was low (here my bad quality photo). We ordered the wings that were the best wings we ever had (and we had a lot). For our main courses I ordered the Lake Bass, my wife ordered a steak, both were incredible. We left the night of how good everything was. There was a guy next to me who ordered a burger. He said it was great, but I know he looked at my sea bass!

Mistral is what you want in an upscale restaurant, a varied and interesting menu, excellent service, atmosphere and delicious and decadent food. We tried the Schnitzel, Ramen and Bone Marrow Biscuit and all absolutely left our mouth watering. Couple that with a bottle of champagne, Mistral is your go to place for when you want to be bougie. Edit: Went here for Brunch and it was even better!

Fresh and delicious food served in an ample and nicely decorated dining room. Even with a reservation made a week in advance, it took around 10 minutes to sit. The entrees were great and the sizes appropriate, but I would not bother with the small plates .
