Lost my phone on premises and staff handed it to me. Didn't get his name. He was about 25 curly dark hair. He even refused to get any money.
Wow this store has lifted their game big time. Have you tried the fried chicken? So delish and sorry no photos as the food was so good. My faves: Fried Chicken and pineapple fritters. But all their menu is excellent, don't let me down Red Roosters. Our reviews can only help you if you give the services we say you give. Great work guys.
Two female members were helpful and even provided me table service which was excellent on them
Today, I visited the restaurant to get a meal and had a negative experience with customer service. I attempted to address an issue I encountered—something I've never had trouble with before—but the customer service representative and the manager were unhelpful. They informed me that while they would assist me this time, they wouldn’t do so in the future because it was something I should handle myself. I was told they were trained, which is concerning. From my perspective, this reflects poor customer service and management. The primary role of a food service company should be to assist customers, especially from management, but it seems they have a problem in that area.
