Wendy's - Preston

We got breakfast here. Both sandwiches we got had fake cheese which ruined the flavor for us. Biscuits and gravy was good. French toast sticks were not good.Service was not good. There were 7 employees in the back and service was very slow. They even got our order wrong twice and there was only one other car there ordering. We had to go in and fix it and they were slow again. Poorly staffed for a fast food place.

Black coffee is not frosty cold brew. i don't understand why i had to make that argument. if ur guna put ur lazy workers on Sunday shift please just keep it closed God is punishing us for going out on a Sunday with your lazy workers maybe they will get blessings for doing his work .Food: 1/5

Food was Cold. Coffee was Luke warm. They added sugar in my coffee, I never requested. Really?Only has regular coffee , no decaf. Staff at the counter couldn't care less. It was very disappointing.Food: 1/5

We stopped in at this wendys during a camping trip. This was the best Wendy's trip I have had that I can remember. The fries were actually very fresh and they filled the container to the brim. The Wendy's at home fills the container half way with soggy cold fries. I was very impressed with this visit compared to the Wendy's I have gotten used to.

Ordered a strawberry lemonade along with food. Sucked up what looked like an acrylic nail from lemonade. Lost my appetite.Food: 3/5
