The manager here today, Izzy, (the name I was given) does a very poor job not only at customer service but proper management of employees and the food is horrible. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement and no one else in line. I placed an order at the Kiosk and no receipt for my orders. I've mentioned this issue before but no one cared to do anything about it. I witnessed employees just laughing standing around while I had to wait an absurd amount of time for the food that arrived COLD. Very unprofessional.

Whenever I go here I always get a large complicated iced coffee and they always seem to get it right on the first time sometime they don’t and when I ask for a new one if it wasn’t made right on the first one they are always polite and always seem nice about masking a second one just the way I like. To be honest the staff here are always more polite and courteous unlike Caribou , Main McDonald’s. Unfortunately I have not been to this McDonald’s in about a year now but like I said better staff here at the PRESQUE ISLE one rather than CARIBOU.Kid-friendliness: They have a playscape area for the kids.

It's McDonalds...so as far as the food goes....standard McDonalds. Tasty and consistent. It's also fast food.....they employ young people and sometimes orders get messed up....check your bag if you're in drivethrough....they will ALWAYs make it right if they messed up. Mobile order placed for 2 shakes ¹ eeeewww I'm and 1 frappe after 25 mins waiting out here called inside told brt and 25 mins again nothing F u losers refund my f money cuz I'm done waiting and heads up I warned the lady next to me who also had been there for the best of 15 mins herself with 2 small kids in the back seat that id been waiting for 45 mins plus mins for 3 milkshakes
