Northern Maine Brewing - Caribou

My wife and I drove from Houlton last night to celebrate our anniversary, and we were not disappointed. I had the Kansas City steak cooked medium rare, along with some sides and appetizers. The craft beers were excellent, and the desserts were delightful as well. We spent nearly $200, including the tip, but it was absolutely worth every penny!

I visited Caribou with my mom and was pleasantly surprised to find a brewery right across from my hotel. Northern Maine Brewing Company exceeded our expectations. The service, beer, and food were all fantastic. Our waitress was incredibly patient and helpful with my mom, who is gluten-free, and she answered all of her questions about the menu. It has been somewhat challenging to find gluten-free options in this area, so we were very grateful that they could accommodate us. If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly recommend it!

My wife and I dined there last Friday night while attending the balloon festival. We sat at the bar and were served by two outstanding bartenders. The beer was fantastic, and our meals were delicious. This is a wonderful spot to visit in the county, and the people in Caribou are incredibly friendly.

The food was excellent and plentiful. Our waitress, Robin, was so friendly.

Outstanding food! I tried the crusted haddock, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the fried haddock with poutine, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The beer selection is fantastic! I had a black and tan that was excellent. The service was great, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
