The two teenagers working there seemed unfamiliar with their roles. The food I received was cold, and when I requested it to be reheated, the issue persisted.

I placed a catering order, but when I arrived to pick it up, my order wasn't ready. By the time I got to the party where the food was being served, I opened the salad container only to find that the greens were brown, indicating they were very old. I was really embarrassed by the quality of the food, especially considering how much I paid for it.

They have very poor customer service there… I have ordered food multiple times and whoever’s answering the phone is not writing it correctly or something and then when you call back to get your right items they want to act like it’s your fault… and yr spending $60-80 every time they want to charge you more money for what yr missing … get it together jambalaya Shoppe?
