Cc's Coffee House - Prairieville

We frequently visit this place after our Bible study class, and the coffee is generally fantastic. However, it seemed a bit old during our last visit, so I asked the manager to brew a fresh batch, and it was excellent!

I’ve been a customer at CC's for many years, and I'm really surprised by how much the quality of service and drink consistency have declined. My usual drink, which I always order the same way, is often made differently here. The assistant manager has told me I’m ordering it incorrectly, yet I’ve also been informed that “everyone makes the drink differently.” I would personally suggest visiting another place in the area or trying a completely different location.

Everytime I get almond milk from this location there are white chunks in my iced latte. Stirring it won't make it any less chunky so im sure it's out of date. Also the customer service isn't that great. Not worth the money.

I've been a loyalty member since around 2014. I order the same drink the same way every single day. Unfortunately the drink is never consistent. There have also been occasions where a completely different drink has been handed to me. I've tried speaking with the ASM but was told I was ordering the drink wrong, when I'm not. I've tried giving the benefit of the doubt but the level of inconsistency has caused this location to lose huge customer.

Good coffee, good service, a good place to meet friends and hang out. Also, really GREAT chocolate cookies. What more could you ask???
