Be Fit Cafe - Powell

The staff appeared unhappy when we attempted to order via the drive-thru. My wife made two additional attempts after our initial experience. During the second visit, a coworker muttered at my wife because she had not opened the correct window. On the third try, one of the employees had parked their car in the drive-thru lane, blocking access for other customers. This occurred at 8:45, despite the restaurant opening at 7. If customers enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, mostly-filled smoothies, and poor customer service, then this place may be suitable for them.

I am disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by customers. They made me feel unwelcome when I ordered food. One of the meals I ordered, the grilled cheese, was burnt. I hope the management improves their customer service and food quality.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 3 years to support the local business, but I have found that the quality of the pizza is inconsistent and disappointing. The crust is often undercooked and lacking in sauce and cheese, leaving 1-2 inches of plain dough at the edge. For $9 per pizza, I would expect better quality. It feels like a $3 pizza in terms of taste and presentation.

Very bad customer service, they give them the most unreliable box that has holes over everything, this place has gone downhill. overpriced anyway

Worst roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Everything tasted so cheap. Had 2 paper thin slices of meat when they heated it they made it like beef jerkey. Had as a rock. Never again will I waste my hard earned money here.
