I've been a regular customer at Gold Mine for a long time, and I've always been impressed with their excellent products and customer service. In contrast, Natural Imports has sent me products that I didn't order, which is quite frustrating.

Wonderful people and excellent products! This is an essential spot for anyone looking for macrobiotic supplies. I've enjoyed some fantastic meals and cooking lessons during my visits.

I have also ordered from Gold Mine and highly recommend their products. However, I have concerns that the garlic used in the organic garlic kraut may be sourced from China. Chefs have reported that Chinese garlic can have a metallic bitterness, which raises suspicions of harmful bleaching and the use of chemical-laden garlic.

Goldmine provides delightful masa (corn flour) perfect for making Venezuelan arepas. They offer three varieties of precooked masa: yellow, blue, and white. Each one is delicious, and you can even blend them together. I've been searching for organic, non-GMO masa for years, so I'm thrilled to have discovered Goldmine.
