A lovely room with nice lighting and a friendly family owned place. We had to try to understand the woman of the couple, (her husband is the chef) in Spanish as that’s the only common language we shared. We did the best we could. I had no idea what we were ordering except that it had fish in it. She brought us a delicious white wine and the dish that came out was a stew with rice snd fish in an aromatic broth. I was expecting a fish fillet so I was very surprised. It was wonderful with lots of flavor, but a lot of food for two people. My husband loved it. We shared a chocolate mousse for dessert that was really good. The service was professional and friendly and I would highly recommend it.

Visited July 2022 on a Friday evening without a booking. The restaurant wasn’t busy but it is very nice inside. We ordered just a main and we’re offered a large bass, enough to feed 2. When the fish arrived it was grilled perfectly served with smashed garlic potatoes and cabbage which was sweet and wonderful. This was the best fish meal I’ve had in my life. We were glad we didn’t order starters and we certainly didn’t need desserts. We finished with a coffee which was also very good. Well recommended and we’re highly likely to be back later this week. The owners don’t speak English, but do speak French Portuguese. The menu is in Portuguese.
