I'm really thankful for this place. It takes great care of our community and contributes significantly to our well-being. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I purchased some bug repellent, and when I removed the cap, it leaked all over my hands and clothes. It cost me thirteen dollars, and they don't offer refunds—only store credit. There wasn't even an apology! My dry cleaner is uncertain whether they can remove the stain. Buyer beware!

I specifically requested that my food not be left unattended, but unfortunately, that’s exactly what the delivery person did.

I have recently started shopping in the Poughkeepsie store again. I have found the employees to be very helpful and courteous. I love their selection of herbs and spices and the fact that you can scoop and bag your own. You don't have to buy too much prepackaged, or too little. I also love the raw local honey that you can package yourself. It's delicious! They have a great selection of herbal teas. The shampoo and conditioner shelves can be a little confusing and usually, almost bare, but they carry great brands of natural shampoo and conditioners. I've never ordered anything from the deli/lunch counter, so I can't comment on that aspect of the business. I've always been satisfied with everything I've purchased there. And they give a senior discount, which is a big plus!!

The meatball sandwich was served ice cold, the broccoli was undercooked, and it didn't have any mayo on it. Additionally, we requested extra sauerkraut but didn't receive it.
