Good pad-thai. spicy, with a lemon. they also prepared the job quickly. I ordered it in less than and it's perfect.
Average price meals in the heart of kings cross. A very busy place i did notice a lot of single diners in feeling quite confy abd impressed when host new what they were going to order. Myself and friend had duck pancakes and chicken wings for starters which were tasty. Then a chefs special fried rice a few different meats in it. Tasted a bit leftoverish. The cashew nut chicken sauce was great. $55 with 2 cokes. Fair but had better.
We started with some delicious chicken skewers: the meat was accompanied by the usual delicious peanut sauce.I then had Thai pineapple fried rice: not a huge serve but sufficient while my companion enjoyed a chicken main.Without drinks, the bill was a reasonable A$28.This cosy place was almost empty when we arrived at 1930 hours on a Saturday evening but by 2015 it was full, although it only holds about 20 diners. Staff were friendly. There is a 50 cent surcharge for Amex credit cards and a minimum $20 before credit cards are accepted. It did not appear to offer alcohol.
Great little Thai restaurant. Service was excellent and with a smile. Food has really authentic tastes and is delicious. Portions aren't big, however you can choose more dishes. Rice was fluffy and tasted. Very reasonably priced. Restaurant is a BYO only.
