Sanssouci Doner - Potsdam

If you are looking for an experience you will remember and dream of all your life, try their Döner :-) Generally I prefer vegetarian food but I thought if I am in or near Berlin, I will have to try a good Döner. A friend who used to live in Berlin recommended this place to me.The portions are huge but that´s what a Döner needs to be like. The meat is crispy and very tasty, the cabbage and their sauces are simply perfect. You can choose many kind of versions.

Before visiting Sanssouci we enjoyed delicious coffee elegantly served on a very pleasant terrace.We returned for lunch and my Berliner friend, excited to be with her English friend decided to have the roast beef sandwich. Poor choice. Pieces of overlooked meat in a dry burger bun and large wedges of potato. I had the flammekueche which was quite tasty but really regretted all the calories that this poor, limp example provided. That said, the service was efficient and charming so we enjoyed the sunshine and people watching.

The best diner in Pdm.... Dough for Turkish pizza / pizza / drum...

As always super.... all very nice and the best pizza in Potsdam
