Cook Out - Portsmouth City

Ordered large trays and received small. Sides were double fries on 1 and chicken nuggets and fries for the other. Got 2 nuggets as a side and the double fries was smaller than the single. Also ordered milkshakes. Cheesecake and peach but received melted ones that were toffee something and chocolate... Not even close to the right flavors! Almost $30, biggest waste of money and time. Not to mention the rudeness of the employee taking the order

There was no atmosphere I went thru the drive thru the food was decent I go to the ones in Newport News Hampton Va.

They are very rude and yelling over each other. No manners at all and hateful. Our milkshakes had sticky strawberry goo all over the side of it.

Second cookout location in this area food was fresh and service was fast at night Time. Will definitely visit again.

We choose to eat at cookout because they generally have good portions and quality. Tonight we ordered 3 double burger trays and the burgers were very small, almost like one patty cut in half and stacked. You can see the patty to bread ratio in the pic. The other burgers were even smaller. Not sure what's going on with that, but we hope Cookout returns to the quality and value they used to represent.
