Hardee's - Portsmouth

The visit was relatively quick. The cashier/server, who I believe is named Makayla, was super nice and efficient. She made good eye contact and genuinely wished me a nice day. My order was correct, the food was delicious, and it was also very affordable. Despite the cold night, everything went smoothly and beautifully.

I stopped by today and tried the new bacon bestie sandwich, it was amazing.

I visited Hardee's for their famous chicken sandwiches. However, when I got home and bit into them, they were cold. I was disappointed with the lack of hot food and probably won't be returning. I ask that the restaurant staff take more time to properly prepare meals. Thank you.

The chicken pliers are the best. The heart-shaped cookies were so good... I wish you had sold them around 1/2 dozen...

I ordered the 10 pieces chicken tender and added the side and 1/2 gallon sweet tea for an additional $3. I asked for potatoes with engraving, the girl gave me my food and I looked into my bag and lacked the engraving, then I had to wait until she came back into the window because she gave me my 1/2 gallon sweet teas. Then she tells me that there is no more half of the gallon of sweet tea and that I would have to get 2 big sweet teas in cups. Why do you have something special? will it not sell as it should? I thought I'd smashed potatoes and it's Cole Slaw I didn't eat Cole Slaw. So I'm annoyed, then I'll look at my chicken pliers and there's 9 pieces instead of 10. Worst experience, so if you? ve was at work all day and just want to eat a bit fast and relax when you come home, you need to do with the order. The crazy thing is they weren't busy, just like they got a simple order wrong.
