Arby's - Portsmouth

The restaurant is very clean and well managed. It appears to have a positive atmosphere with a friendly and professional staff.

The staff working on November 13, 2021 at 2:56 pm were incredibly helpful. The manager of this restaurant should know how kind, helpful, and efficient their employees are. We were just passing through and my husband (who used to work for Arby's) forgot one of our orders. They overheard him talking about it on the headset and kindly reminded him that they could still hear him. They added the missing item to our order and we all had a good laugh about it. The staff were all friendly and well-trained. We have been coming to this restaurant for the past two years and they have always been consistently excellent.

The food is delicious, especially the 2 Greek Gyros (beef is the better option) for $6. Just a tip - make sure to clearly specify that you want beef and not lamb when ordering. I've ended up with lamb more than 50% of the time when I didn't specify. Lesson learned - always double check! Also, I would recommend skipping the sweet potatoes as they are not as tasty as their regular side options.

The food is great, but you always get the hooded cashier. Can hardly hear what they say or they are really short with you when you order your food. Next to the beautiful place.

I always loved eating, but I feel that prices are rising. You will, easy, spend $20 on two meals.
