This is the worst location DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... WAITED AN ENTIRE HOUR FOR 3 SALADS THAT I CALLED IN TO PICKUP. THEN GET THE SALADS AND THEY ONLY HAVE LETTUCE AND CHEESE....... HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED EVERYTHING ON THEM WHICH NORMALLY INCLUDES CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS....THEN YOU GIVE 1 2OZ CONTAINER OF DRESSING??? SINCE WHEN???

STEALING....This company updated my transaction the next day and ADDED A TIP ELLEGALLY (STEALING). i did not add a tip to this order!! I went to the location off of london blvd spoke with the manager I asked for the RECEIPT THAT I SIGNED AND HE COULD NOT FIND IT. He told me this kind of mistake happens sometimes and to contact my bank...THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED at any restaurant in my life. Someone from this company had to physically go inside the system and change the transaction amount to add a tip. AND HE DID NOT FIND THE RECEIPT I SIGNED. He got upset with me started speaking loud and waving his hands in my face. Never trusting this location again!!!!

They have definitely fell off and the boy that’s always at the register be trying to make it seem like he don’t understand you just to add extra charges and is very rude I almost always have to put him in his place

Customer service is horrible, nonexistent in fact and the food is absolutely disgusting to the point one bite made me sick which caused me to throw every bit of $25 (which was only supposed to be &16 btw) up ?I will never return to this location again. The one in Hampton was superb and the London Blvd location needs to take notes.Also be aware. The rep blatantly adds extra food and charges to your order then makes it seems as if the customer's at fault.

Overcharged, nasty food and unprofessional rude workers who blatantly disrespect black customers.
