Yaad Style Jamaican - Portland

This restaurant is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a decent lunchon, this restaurant comes instantly to my head. superb and all kinds of food and a large menu.well mannered staff members, and nice atmosphere. Not less important, the price is reasonable. I tell about this place with great pleasure.

Ah Yaad Style. I keep coming back because of the friendly people and the delicious food. I see a lot of complaints about parking... there’s a public parking lot 30 steps away to the north. There’s a sign that says Liquor Store Parking, but that lot is for the general public FYI. If you’ve ever been to a Jamaican establishment, you know that there will likely be a wait time so come prepared to do that. Their jerk chicken is a favorite of mine don’t think it’s as spicy as it can get but it has enough kick to it. Their dinner servings are generous with rice&peas, macaroni pie, plantain and veggies served with the entree. The food hits the spot every time I want a taste of home.

This was my first time here and the food is amazing. Smelled so good I could take the time to take a picture. Loved the jerked wings and beef patty. Thanks guys!

Food was good and provided good portions. We had 2 orders of the oxtail. I only gave it a 4 star because the aluminum storage containers that they use for to go orders leaves a weird after taste to the food. They should really consider switching over to paper containers.

The food is really good. We got the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and the Shrimp Curry. The portions are pretty large too. I would recommend this spot for sure.
