Wendy's - Portland

Hey manager! Staff these people properly! You KNOW it’s a sh storm wait at 9pm, anticipate it! Think of it this way you’re most likely to find more appealing. Save on the payroll cuz these poor people won’t be there so late closing up the chaos that hit them at at the last minute. Sheesh.

It was a long wait in the Drive thru during the lunch hour, but it was good. The strawberry frosty was delicious.

This Wendy's location may not be perfect, but given the challenges they face in this area, I believe they are doing their best. They have implemented some much-needed improvements that are moving them in the right direction. I have had a love-hate relationship with this Wendy's in the past, but today I have shifted to love. The staff seems to have finally found their stride in providing excellent customer service. Recently, my wallet was stolen and one of the employees found it hidden in the boys' bathroom. I was too stressed to leave my phone number as I needed to file a police report and walk home. The Supervisor, Bobbi, went above and beyond by sending someone to my house to bring me back to retrieve my wallet. I am extremely grateful for their help and am happy to see the staff being trustworthy, friendly, and caring towards customers. Thank you!

Okay, it may be fast food, HOWEVER, the girl working at the counter was extremely friendly and pleasant. She made sure to double-check my order and it was accurate. It was a refreshing experience to interact with a genuinely nice person.

The food at Wendy's was served hot and fresh despite how busy they were. The service was fast and accurate, and I was very impressed overall. The food tasted great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Good job, Wendy's!
