Przekaż informację zwrotnąTried Burmese Burma Joy for the first time this week. We ordered Samosas to share and I ordered the fish stew. My fish stew had a very good flavor, but was overly salty. We opted to sit outside, instead of inside the very attractive restaurant. Outside consists of covered picnic tables and a couple small metal tables with chairs. Being on NW 23rd, there of was quite a bit of traffic noise. Unfortunately it appeared that there was only one server for the entire restaurant, inside and out. She had my sympathy, but of course was unable to be very attentive. I will probably try this restaurant again when they are better staffed.
Had dinner here for my wedding anniversary, was well worth it.
Wonderful experience at a truly unique restaurant. Highly recommend the tea salad, cocktails, and curries. The robots are also extremely fun.
We showed up to Top Burmese after failing to make a reservation at another spot near by… and I am so HAPPY our original plans fell through. Our time at Top Burmese was delicious and fun!! The food was incredible. Our group shared the samosas (wish I could have had them all to myself hehe I devoured the Coco Beef Curry I ordered, my partner ordered the tea leaf salad and ended up being too spicy for him. I enjoyed the heat but I would say if you don’t like spicy food, don’t recommend the tea leaf salad. The robots and the drinks made the experience fun and memorable. I’m still talking about it weeks later and recommending to my friends :
The coconut soup was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect, but loved every dish I had. I also had the spring rolls and samosas which were both great.
