The Soop - Portland

What has a crispy exterior and a warm, delicious filling? The soop potsticker! Truly amazing—I'd love to have more! The fried chicken sandwich, topped with pickles and microgreens, was delightfully crispy without being greasy, and it was incredibly flavorful. The ham and cheese were also quite good. There were plenty of open seats available. I'm excited about my next visit, especially with new items expected to be added to the menu soon.

I will definitely return to enjoy their dolsot bibimbap with microgreens. It pairs perfectly with their kimchi. Yes, yes, yes! The crispy caramelized rice in this dish is a delight (if it's your first time experiencing it, don't touch it right away—let it sit and caramelize to perfection!).

The food was very tasty, and I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a robot delivering the meals! While the portion sizes looked generous, I didn't find them as large as others had suggested. They were decent but left me wanting a bit more, as I usually prefer to leave a restaurant feeling completely satisfied. Also, it tends to be on the pricier side since they don’t offer the usual Korean side dishes, which was a bit disappointing.

To say that this place of fresh food would be an understatement. the Daikon sprouts are small perfections. we had the blt that was excellent. loaded with fresh spices, micro greens and avocado. the speck, normally the star of this sandwiches, had competitive. the kimbap will keep you cold. the quality is unmatched in portland. Oh, and before I forget, I had a bite on my chicken sandwich. the ding is in a great, all it is. perfectly fried chicken with pickles, honey and dijon on a brioche. every taste popping. brilliant.

Why five stars? Best Kimbap I've had in ages just as good and fresh as homemade. Fantastic Mandu. Delicious Chicken Sandwich. VERY reasonable prices. I ordered delivery yesterday. Everything was nicely packaged and beautifully presented. Plus, a free bag of chips was included! I'm ordering more Kimbap and will try their Bimbimbap today. My new favorite restaurant. I highly recommend.
