Starbucks - Portland

The customer service here almost makes me feel guilty. I walk in, order a coffee, sit down, and then leave. There are probably four or five staff members who have my name and order memorized. They wear name tags, but I couldn’t tell you their names right now. This is a clear indication of how dedicated and skilled they are at their jobs. Good customer service is rare to find, especially in Portland. Thank you for being such a standout place!

This restaurant tends to be quite busy at the beginning of the day and during lunch due to the local office workers, but the line moves swiftly because the staff is efficient at managing the rush. However, if the wait is too long for you or if there isn't enough seating, you can head north to the next building where you'll find another Starbucks with much more space!

This Starbucks is one of the busiest in the city, particularly from Monday to Friday. You'll find city hall employees, Standard Insurance staff, St. Mary's students, and workers from the PacWest Center all stopping by. Recent renovations have improved the flow of customers, allowing lines to move quickly. Please note that this location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but there are alternatives: you can find another Starbucks just two blocks west at Essex House or one two blocks north on 6th Avenue, located on the first floor of a parking structure.

It's a Starbucks. You know what you're getting: sugary espresso drinks at a reasonable price in a comfortable atmosphere. The staff at this location is awesome.
