Sinju Sushi Pearl District - Portland

I had not been to Sinju in a few years, and it was just as amazing as my last visit. The sushi was excellent, very fresh with generous portions. My ramen bowl was so delicious! We sat in a private room to celebrate a birthday and our server was excellent!

Eat here once a week...love the Bar and the Bartender...a special place that feels like home...with better food and drink!

Sinju is a bit stale on the interior. Fortunately we were seated near the sushi bar. Since our waiter didn’t seem to be around, the sushi team took our order and we received our delicious food quickly. Had the service been better we would have ordered a second drink...... Too many other restaurants to try, won’t be back.

Needed to flag down the hostess after a 10 minute wait for water, and/or a waiter to stop by. Generally sit at the sushi bar and get more personalized service. Wouldn't rebook for a table again.

The most cozy and quiet place for a Japanese restaurant you can find. The food and service are great, you won't be disappointed to bring your friends to enjoy the place.
