I wouldn't necessarily say this place is "rock bottom" bad, but it's not particularly enjoyable.

We didn't know Rock Bottom was a chain and of all the places to grab a beer and a bite in Portland, we stumbled upon and settled for this garbage can.

Food was quite good. The Guac they make at the table was excellent. Drinks are frighteningly over priced. Service, while attentive, seemed a bit confused.
