Kfc - Portland

Maybe the stars aligned for us, but boy was our experience here great. Parking lot was clean and empty when we arrived around 2pm. Got a spicy chicken sandwich, Nashville hot tenders, a ten piece bucket of fried chicken, and a coke slaw on the side. The service was exceptionally fast, not even a line at the drive thru, and everything came out piping hot. All the chicken were so juicy and the coleslaw hit the spot. When we asked for ketchup, they gave us a good amount for the food too. Probably the best experience we’ve had at a KFC.

They didnt add the KFC sauce I ordered. I looked in both bags (inner and outer , there was none in there. Which is disappointing bc I love the KFC sauce and always dip my fries into it. If they were out I wish Id known. (Side note, the Pepsi tastes like it needs a little more syrup. Everything else tastes fine, fries are not bad even without the sauce, and the sandwich is good.

Food was cold and tasted old chicken was soggy from grease and starry soda was sparkling water because they dont know how to refill the syrup. Waste of money and time will never order from this kfc every again.

Store was out of any chicken pieces (at 7:45 pm Friday night). They subbed some nasty old chicken tenders (minus chicken and just old cooked batter), plus warm dried out coleslaw and a biscuit that was more like a baseball. Gee golly thanks KFC. You suck. DD driver NOT at fault.

I ordered online and when I got my food it was cold. I live 5 minutes or less from this location so there is no excuse as to why my food should not be warm when it gets to me. I ordered a chicken pot pie meal that is supposed to come with a cookie, but did not. This is not the first or second or third time that I have not received a cookie from this place. If they are out they need to start specifying so your customers dont get upset. I also am upset that my chicken sandwich only came with two pickles as it covers a measly bite of the sandwich. I highy suggest finding a different place to eat or at least a different KFC.
