Kabba’s Kitchen - Portland

My partner and I ordered from here, but somehow the order was lost and we had to place it again once we came to pick it up. The owner apologized profusely and offered to give us the meal for free! We declined as we also own a small business, and things happen!We just finished the meal, and I don't think I could have eaten any faster. It was beyond delicious! We appreciated the food and the gesture from the owner, and we will definitely be back.We ordered the Chicken Yassa, Fataya, Grilled Lamb Dibi, Thiou Boulette, and Bissap for our drinks.

I wish I had taken a pic before I ate it! But, I ordered the #4 Thiebou Yapp with extra spicy seasoning and plantains. The food was well cooked and seasoned with lots of flavor and good portions.Food: 5/5

We were in Portland for the wknd, and Kabba's kitchen was just a few blocks from our airbnb. Got the yassa and fataya both were incredible. We had a ton of great food in Portland all over the city, but both agreed this was the best. Sat outside eating it and it was so incredibly delicious that we didn't care at all how cold and dark it was that night. Kabba's kitchen is top of my list next time I'm in Portland.

Fantastic spot! The best Senegalese food I've had. I got the #11 (I'm a vegetarian and my friends got the #1 (they were raving about it!!! . There was so much depth in the flavours and awesome portions. Would highly highly highly recommend!

I’ve tried their Chicken Yassa and fish Yassa. Both were amazing! The meat, rice, salad, and caramelized onions are all excellent and well-balanced. Strongly recommended! ?
