This restaurant offers a small, ever-changing menu that focuses on just 2 or 3 dishes each day. I tried the crab noodle soup, and the broth was incredibly rich and flavorful. The thick rice udon noodles were great as well. The atmosphere is minimalistic but clean, and the service is quick. I would gladly return here anytime.

Still fantastic after all these years! They still tend to run out of soups quickly, so it's a good idea to arrive a bit early. This time, I tried the Phnom Penh noodles, and the soup was excellent.

Always a perfect experience! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore a wide range of incredible Vietnamese soups. The menu changes regularly, so be sure to check it before your visit. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly. We try to dine here every Sunday, if possible. The turmeric noodles are absolutely delicious!

Very good. Rice noodles on northern pho were sticky, and mixed well with the cuts of meat. Tumeric noodles had a deep savory flavor. Would recommend any day of the week.

Not overrated! Food is exquisite! We had a friend make a call in to reserve some of the turmeric noodle for us. I have not had a broth that clear and delicious in ages. There is much care that goes into their food and it shows! They were nominated for a Beard award and I hope they get it as it would be well deserved. Do yourself a favor and check it out, but go in early as they only make limited amounts. When they're out, they're out.
