They cannot go wrong with any drink option. the atmosphere, the drinks, the eating and the bartender are top notch. it is such a fun experience in portland. it is a small bar so they may wait a bit, but it is absolutely worth it.

Martin is a god among men. Perfection in every drink. Ambience and atmosphere in every nook and cranny. Solid food to create a good base. Especially fond of the Mac salad. But again, you come here, to a temple of Martin, for the cocktails. For the flames and the spices and the rums and the fruits, for the ritual for the pleasure for the joy for the mystery. There are many Pinnacle temples of the Tiki culture, this truly is at the top with the best.

Been waiting a while to try this famous Tiki Bar and it did not disappoint! Lindsay (spelling? Out bartender was both skilled and smart! She helped us pick from the extensive menu (even though we are well-versed in cocktails and tiki flavor, there was A LOT and was kind enough to customize our experience with extra spirit-nerd explanations. The food (Kahlua pork, pickled egg, mac salad was way above average and the pork especially rivaled actual Hawaiian beach luaus we've attended. Highly recommend this place! Be ready to wait a bit if you have a larger party, but I promise it is worth it!

This spot is one of the better tiki bars in the country. At least it's one of my favorites. It definitely has one of the better fire shows that accompanies a drink. Order the Volcano Bowl, you'll understand. There are other drinks that get the fire as well! The drinks here are made with a true mixology approach! Fresh juices are used and prepared in-house, as are the syrups! This definitely improves the quality of the drinks, and you definitely taste the freshness with each beverage! The atmosphere is amazing, and you get a true feeling of escapism! The folks working here are friendly and make sure you enjoy your experience. If you're not sure what to order. Ask the mixologists, and they will definitely help you out! There are food items offered here. They are tasty and pair well with the beverages! Tiki enthusiasts, this is a must, but this is a great bar for everyone to experience! This bar works on a first come, first seated system, and no reservations are accepted. As time progresses from opening hour onward, there will be a wait. This spot is definitely worth the wait, so definitely stop in, have a beverage, and perhaps some sustenance! Enjoy!
