Flying Cat Coffee - Portland

The café itself provides a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, and I really wish I could visit more often! It's a fantastic place to catch up with a friend or get some work done. As a big cat lover, the cat-themed decor is an extra treat. I highly recommend Flying Cat; as a Portland native and coffee enthusiast, it’s my favorite spot for coffee in the city. This is a must-visit spot for cat lovers and fans of delicious lattes. We tried the peanut butter mocha and the black licorice latte, and both were delightful!

This is my favorite cozy place to hang out and read a good book. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhoods and plenty to do in the area. The food is good and offers a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I have enjoyed every caffeinated beverage I have had there. The owner is great I believe he works there by himself so the service is slower than some of the more hopping coffee shops, but if you're willing to wait, you will get good service.

This charming coffee shop features comfortable indoor seating, while the patio resembles a little garden, despite being situated next to the bustling street traffic on Division. However, they really need to address the numerous wobbly metal patio tables to make it easier to enjoy your coffee without worrying about spills. I was also disappointed by the barista, who was not very engaging. On a positive note, the bagels we tried—topped with avocado, cream cheese, tomato, and spinach—were absolutely delicious.
