I tried to place an order over the phone, but the staff was rude and hung up on me.

Very rude and horrible customer service. They already can't speak good English, and then when you ask a question they go off and scream at you. I will never go here Ever

Called in my order and I was told it was going to be 15min. I let my house 15mins and stopped by the store on my way there. When I got there to pick up my food it still wasn't done. I waited 10 min only to get home to eat my and everything was cold except the chow main. Call back up there to ask them why is everything cold except the chow main and the lady start yelling and telling me it wasn't like her she was there at my house. I will never go back there no more they are rude and very ignorant people. ???

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my favorite dish is the shrimp egg foo young.
