Dinner Bell Barbecue - Portland

After a day spent at Laurelhurst Park, I was hungry and stumbled across this place using Google reviews. Although I was reluctant at first, I was very happy to find this gem. I had the Porky Melt with baked beans and maaaaaan it hit the spot! Coming back again to try the Mac and cheese! Would highly recommend it if you're in the area, it's worth it!

Had a real hankering for some good BBQ. My partner got the Mac n' cheese with pulled pork, I ordered the half rack of ribs with collard greens and cheesy grits. 10/10 Totally blew us away! Every single thing was absolutely SUPREME. The ribs were so tender and soft and perfectly glazed- this portion is insane. The collards were perfectly tender and delicious. Cheesy grits were chef's kiss The Mac n cheese is also a huge portion, with a heaping pile of steaming pulled pork on top. The flavors flowed seamlessly through each dish. He hand delivered our food to the table. We paid $32 for two massive meals, we ended up having left overs for dinner and we are both big eaters.We will absolutely be back, and will be bringing friends with us! Thank you so much to the kind and informative fellow who served us today. We are beyond satisfied. I don't leave food reviews very often because it never crosses my mind but I wanted to say:RUN, don't walk to this amazing BBQ joint

FIRM TIME HERE. DID 3 PLATS TAKEOUT. RIBS WERE SO GOOD. HOWEVER, COLESLAW WAS BAD THAT U CAN SMELL IT. IM NOT SURE HOW THE GENTLEMEN DIDN'T NOTICE IT. PULLLED PORK WAS SO SWEET. CANT EVEN TASTE THE PORK. Note: pay attention to your food before serving it. Didn't pay to eat bad food! Don't try to get rid of it by serving customers because it was at the end of the day already. Unbelievable!

I had a fantastic BBQ pork sandwich here that blew my mind. It had a generous portion of delicious pulled pork between slices of Texas toast with a thick slice of cheddar cheese.As if that wasn't enough, the cole slaw was a surprise. It was tangy and peppery how I like it with vinaigrette dressing.I would recommend this food to anyone!

Food was amazing and super friendly. Didn't have to wit long and easy parking. Lots of choices ,and lot of food for a fair price. Looking forward to returning some time. Highly recommend for any one craving BBQFood: 5/5
