Charlie's Teriyaki - Portland

We have loved Charlie’s for years. It’s not fancy by any means but good prices an the guy himself makes the chicken super tasty. And has had my vegetables on point. The only down side to this place is it needs a deep clean. But for being in S.E. it’s a great fast place to eat

Great chicken-rice bowl, made right in front of you in the open kitchen. Delicious fresh mango smoothie too! Kind of a deli atmosphere with plenty of tables, and surprisingly they not only have beer but several liquors too.

I love their chicken teriyaki get it every time I'm there , meal number#2 is the way to go .

Delicious! A great menu, perfect portions for take home, and substitutions are allowed with any plate! I love the teriyaki sauces used to sautee veggies and meats! If you have not visited this establishment, you have to give it a try!! I love Bento, and stir fry's, so this little gem located in S.E. area of Portland, is going on my fav list...I rate Charlie's a for the menu alone, even though the restaurant is small, it serves a lot of the locals in the area! They also have Lottery and Keno available!

Very impressive to have prepared in front of me with fresh ingredients the best beef vegetable teriyaki I've ever had. It was a very unassuming establishment, but the food was most impressive especially considering the midnight preparation and service.
