Their food was absolutely delicious (I had the broccoli brown rice bowl with nutritional yeast breaded tofu , filling and the whole experience was made even better with the nice atmosphere, outdoor seating and friendly staff. Very affordable place to eat, check them out vegan friends! :
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan! Dietary restrictions: Vegan with gluten-free options available.
This place is amazing. A great, fun bar that happens to be completely vegan. The margaritas were on point and we are the pretzel rolls (yum), buffalo soy curl wrap (slay), and chipotle mac n cheese (spicy but fire. Can’t wait to come back and bring more friends.
Had dinner here, you order at the bar and there's menus already at each table. Great selection of vegan food along with a full bar. I ordered obies bowl. The food came out super quick and loved the texture of the tempeh was so good. There's a lot of outdoor seating with shade. It's a great mix of dive bar and Portland vegan eatery.
I’ll be honest I hate vegan stuff. For many reasons… one of them sometimes being the un healthiness of it all Alright come at me ! Being vegan doesn’t mean you’re healthy just like something that purports to be natural or not processed doesn’t mean it’s not processed or natural. It’s called marketing! And sorry if it’s my health then I’m going to consider everything and decide . Anyway, the drinks … well done. I hate the ice cubes or crushed ice but i appreciate that this place makes flavorful and potent drinks.I tried the spaghetti portion and taste was great. I tried whatever cake slice they had … ? I could taste the oils and the sugar (way too much). I think they’re on the right track but nothing sets them apart they fit into the typical and not unique “I’m Portland weird “ category without being weird or unique . Vegan desserts are extra sweet per my experience in PDX and this place failed to prove me wrong. I’d say it’s not a hit or a miss it’s more of a maybe you’ll get lucky type of spots. It’s really plain old Oregon if that’s you, then go for it if you want more then you’ll be left wanting. (By more I mean something that doesn’t adhere to the Portland way of doing things).
