Ordered 5 sandwiches. 4 arrived (cold and dry). Let's call to report the error. After 2 hours no trace of the sandwich (among other things paid 9 euros). Terrible service. No willingness to want to remedy the mistake. I should have read the reviews before ordering given that I'm not the first to have had problems of this type. Change profession. Let me start by saying that I have eaten their sandwich several times (all deliveries) so this is the first time something like this has happened to me. We ordered 2 sandwiches, the delivery was scheduled for 11/11.30pm, around 11.50pm I called to find out if the delivery had gone out or not and we were given confirmation that it had gone out, at 12.25am I called back and was told that they were were delivered, it's a shame because my sister and I hadn't received anything, so I was told, ma'am, don't worry, we'll make them again immediately, in a short time the famous sandwiches were delivered, frozen, soft and empty, very strange because every time, and I say every time, we ordered at my boyfriend's house with friends, the sandwiches were all delicious, and very full, I call them back and point this out to them and ask them if they were the sandwiches that were supposed to be delivered to us at 11/11.30pm and they tell me no, obviously I reiterate that I have ordered from them several times and something similar has never happened to me, I am told that next time I will be given something free.
