In Bluefield, VA, the person taking our order was quite rude. It felt as though we were bothering him by being there.

They displayed a price menu but ended up charging us more, claiming that the new menus hadn't arrived yet. We were charged $10 extra compared to what the menu stated.

Honestly the worst service ever. We waited almost an hour for our food, and then our loaded fries were just laying in the back getting cold and we had to tell them that we would just take them to go. Every single employee was messing around and acting like they weren’t at work. Definitely will not be eating here again. Very disappointed.

My Order wasn’t correct but thought I would still give it a try. The bread is soggy the turkey had a smell to it. There wasn’t much meat on it. Very over priced for the quality of the food. Save your money get subway. This isn’t a grinder it’s more like soggy sub.
