Los Amigos Mexican - Portage

We arrived about 4:30 pm. There were maybe customers at 5 tables. There were 6 servers sitting by the bar. Food took almost an hour to come out. When it did come out my order was completely wrong. Service was terrible. We will not be back.

This restaurant chain has some very good daily specials advertised on their website for all of their restaurants. However, this particular location refuses to honor at least one of these specials. My experience was with Tuesdays discount on tacos. I haven’t tried the other items other days. I refuse to return to this location and will drive 2 miles out of my way to go to the next nearest location.

We really enjoyed our visit and the great service. People was very attentive to us. We saw all the staff working and working to make sure the place was clean and tidy. Also, the food was delicious and well presented in our plate.

The staff here don't seem to care about service. The server waited until after our food was brought out to inform us they were out of beans. One of the worst cheese enchiladas I've ever had, not even sure it had cheese in it. Will not be back.
