Hardee’s - Port Royal

Had to pull off without my food after an extremely rude person didn't want to make it! It's 6:30pm and after he gave me a total for my chicken wraps...I said I also wanted a chicken finger meal and suddenly they were out of chicken fingers and now I couldn't get the wraps either.

I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. I was not acknowledged, nor was I greeted in any way. It took about 5 minutes for an employee who stood in front of me the entire time to step up to the register. She did not even ask how she could help me. I opted to eat in the restaurant to enjoy my meal. I ordered the biscuit and sausage gravy combo with hash rounds and coffee. The coffee was the best thing about the whole experience! The gravy, the biscuit, and the hash rounds tasted like syrup. As I sat there I did happen to notice that I after me everyone else was greeted with a smile and a good morning ? then, sadly, I also noticed I was the only person not of color in the establishment. It made me instantly feel unwelcome, and I left without finishing my breakfast.

The heart biscuits were such a great idea for Valentine's Day ? my grandmother turned 91 and she was the happiest person ever getting a heart biscuit we usually do a special pancakes and fruit for breakfast on Valentine's Day but I woke up earlier and rushed out to surprise everyone with something different. Everything was so great they just kept wanting more!!

I needed something to eat 10 am. I get up at 4:15 am and by 10 I am hungry, these people always save me with a fantastic product. Thank you.
